The products sold at The Maximum Mindset are digital downloads. Because of this, sales are generally final once access to the product has been delivered, except where required by applicable law, as stated in this policy, or where the buyer protection, refund, or dispute terms of a payment provider such as PayPal or Paddle apply to a transaction.
We may offer a refund, replacement, or other reasonable resolution in the following situations:
- You did not receive access to the purchased product.
- The download file is broken, corrupted, or cannot be opened.
- The product contains a major defect or serious issue that we are unable to correct within a reasonable time.
- The product is materially different from the description shown on its sales page.
If you experience a delivery or download problem, please contact us at sales@themaxmindset.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order details and a clear explanation of the issue so we can review it properly.
If a product issue is confirmed, we may choose to fix the problem, provide a replacement file, restore access, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, misunderstanding of the product, or expectations that were not stated on the sales page.
If your purchase was processed through PayPal or Paddle, the applicable buyer protection, refund, or dispute procedures of that payment provider may also apply. Buyers may also contact PayPal or Paddle order support for help with eligible order issues or refund requests.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your delivery email, and contact us if you still need help accessing your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
